Returns

If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

All returns require you to contact us first in order to obtain:

  • A Return Shipping Label (if you are not planning to use your own), and

  • A Return Authorization Document.

The return label and shipping address will be provided via email after your return request is submitted. Please print out your Return Authorization document and attach it to one of the packages being used for your return, along with the return label.

If your return requires a refund, please note that you have 30 days from receipt of the return label and documents to ship the product. If the item(s) are not shipped within 30 days, the label will be voided and the return closed.

All returns will incur a Return Shipping Fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

🔸 If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
🔸 If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to:

  • Items not returned in their original packaging, or

  • Items returned incomplete (e.g., missing parts, manuals, hardware).

Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to return authorization.

Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund.

⚠️ Clearance items are final sale and sold “as-is.” These items are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty coverage.


Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all products sold by HITGO. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accident, misuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Unauthorized modification or alteration

  • Use outside of intended purpose

  • Natural disasters or external causes (e.g., fire)

  • Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents)


Refunds

Once the returned item is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. After that, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, which may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Cancellations

To cancel or edit your order, please email contact@hitgo.com with "CANCEL" in the subject line.

We will do our best to honor your request. However, if your order has already started the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes.

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all online orders within the US!

For the following situations, please contact contact@hitgo.com before your order ships. If the order has already left our warehouse, additional carrier fees may apply:

  • Delivery address change

  • Shipment re-delivery

  • Shipment re-routing

  • Extended storage at the carrier’s facility
