V1-Vibration Plate Exercise Machine

So I have to be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect as far as excersise goes bit it wasn't a lot. Lol Boy was I wrong.
This was so easy to set up. I love the inclusion of the resistance bands. Hooked up to Bluetooth immediately and sounds good too!
I went on yesterday for 2 10 min sessions and no joke, I feel like I worked out today!

It has several options of vibration, low speeds to get acclimated and higher speeds for the more accomplished. Very sturdy and looks good in any room. A terrific exercise product. I am very glad I purchased this vibration machine. The remote works excellent and very handy to use.

I work from home 10 hours a day and sit most of the time. I wanted something that would help with movement and my lymphatic system. This has done all that for me! I use it on my breaks for a quick 10 minutes to get more movement and after my shift for a longer period of time for extra benefits. This has helped my legs feel rejuvenated after sitting at my computer for so long!! Very happy with the results and the vibration plate! Thank you!

I have extremely swollen legs due to a heart condition. I have constantly experienced numbing and swollen ankles and calves. I don't physically move around enough on my own. I purchased this item a week ago, and have been using around 15 minutes per day.

SO, i'll be honest. I have no idea what all benefits a vibrating exercise plate actually has for the body. However, I will say being nearly 35 and having typical aches and pains from lugging a 5 year old and 3 year old around, this thing has been a game changer.
